At We Do Packaging we take great care in ensuring every delivery that leaves us is packed carefully.

If your order arrives and is incorrect, please return it to us within 30 days and we will give you a refund, credit or arrange for a new order to be sent.

Please call us first on 01825 868678 to get a return authorisation number, then send the goods back in the same condition they arrived with a copy of your dispatch note.

Faulty products:

If your order arrives damaged or defective please call our team on 01323 734240.

We will arrange a collection and credit, exchange or refund.

Specially Sourced & Custom Packaging:

Items that have been specially sourced (non stock) or custom made cannot be returned unless faulty.
